Gemuetlichkeit Days is held at the Jefferson County Fair Park, 503 North Jackson Avenue, Jefferson WI 53549 the second weekend after Labor Day each year.
Jefferson is located just 5 miles south of I-94 on Highway 26. Travel information is available at the Jefferson Police Department web site at law-enforcement.org/jeffersonpd/ or the Chamber of Commerce web site at jeffersonchamberwi.com/ If you come from the North or South on Highway 26, go to the intersection with Puerner Street on the north side of town and turn West on Puerner to the Jefferson County Fair Park entrance. If you come from the West on Highway 18 (Racine Street) watch for the sign for the Jefferson County Fair Park at Jackson Street (the fourth left after you cross the Crawfish River.) If you come from the East on Highway 18 (Racine Street) go through the downtown on W. Racine Street and watch for the signs for the Jefferson County Fair Park at Jackson Street (the fifth right turn after you cross the Rock River.)
May Ball is held at the Fairview Sports Bar & Grill, 711 West Racine Street, Jefferson WI 53549 If you come from the North or South on Highway 26, go to the intersection with Highway 18 (Racine Street) and turn west. The Fairview Sports Bar & Grill is about two blocks west of The Fair Park sign(Jackson Street) If you come from the West on Highway 18 (Racine Street) The Fairview Sports Bar & Grill is on the left side about a block past Taft Street. The Fairview is located about two blocks before the Fair Park sign. If you come from the East on Highway 18 (Racine Street) go through the downtown on West Racine Street and watch for the sign for the Jefferson County Fair Park at Jackson Street and go about two blocks further to The Fairview Sports Bar & Grill.
